CHA conducted a series of workshops for the Humboldt Neighborhood focusing on the streetscape along Killingsworth Avenue.  Phase I of the urban renewal plan is a fabric structure along the track at Jefferson High School that will serve as a gateway to Humboldt’s commercial/educational district.
