The new masterplan was developed through over 20 meetings and workshops with the community.  Carleton Hart Architecture served as the design partner in collaboration with Mahlum Architects to produce the design.  The main feature is a tree lined boulevard along which several institutional facilities are located.  This creates a civic square with a strong connection to the newly renovated Portland Parks & Recreation University Park Community Center.
